Rotor production
The chopping rotors are subject to especially high requirements in silage harvesting. Sturdiness is the top requirement for reliable harvesting use. Ultra-modern robots weld these rotors together completely automatically at a consistently high level of quality.
After each welding operation, a measuring device checks whether the rotor conforms to the strict quality standards. The spacing of the tine stars must correspond exactly to the specifications. The 100% true running of the rotor is also measured here.
